Really interesting interview with Andrew Barnes, a CEO who took his company to 4 day working, without cutting salaries. Moving to a 4 day week was an unsentimental decision, primarily intended to improve productivity and it worked. He’s very persuasive about the added benefits to recruitment, retention and life balance. He says he doesn't know of any company that has NOT seen a rise in productivity after moving to a 4 day week
